互通潛孔鉆機的總體主成
鉆(zhan)(zhan)具由(you)(you)(you)鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan),球齒水(shui)(shui)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou)及(ji)(ji)沖(chong)刺器包含。挖孔(kong)時,用(yong)四根鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)接(jie)桿(gan)鉆(zhan)(zhan)進,不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼板。回(hui)轉供風(feng)機(ji)(ji)構由(you)(you)(you)回(hui)轉電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)、回(hui)轉減速(su)器、及(ji)(ji)供風(feng)回(hui)轉器組成。回(hui)轉減速(su)器為(wei)三級(ji)圓柱(zhu)齒輪封閉(bi)式的異性構件(jian),它用(yong)螺旋注油器自動(dong)潤滑。供風(feng)回(hui)轉器由(you)(you)(you)連(lian)接(jie)體、密(mi)封件(jian)、中(zhong)空主軸及(ji)(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)接(jie)頭(tou)等部分組成,其上(shang)設有供接(jie)卸(xie)鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)使用(yong)的風(feng)動(dong)卡(ka)抓,紅葉石楠。 提(ti)升調(diao)壓機(ji)(ji)構是由(you)(you)(you)提(ti)升電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)借助提(ti)升減速(su)器、提(ti)升鏈(lian)條、而使回(hui)轉機(ji)(ji)構及(ji)(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)具實(shi)現升降動(dong)作的。在封閉(bi)鏈(lian)條系統中(zhong),裝有調(diao)壓缸及(ji)(ji)動(dong)滑輪組,防水(shui)(shui)劑。正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作時,由(you)(you)(you)調(diao)壓缸的活塞桿(gan)推動(dong)動(dong)滑輪組使鉆(zhan)(zhan)具實(shi)現減壓鉆(zhan)(zhan)進。
